We have great special offers and events lined up for you. Our new Summer Menu features some mouth-watering new dishes and great classics all prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients accompanied by an extensive wine list.
Pop in at any time of day to enjoy anything from a quick Cappuccino and Pastry at breakfast, to a delicious dinner with friends or family.
The menu offers a fantastic selection of new starters… such as our Prawn & Crab Cocktail, Tuna Norimaki or a Duck & Scallop Salad.
We’ve got scrumptious main courses such as our famous Slow Cooked Lamb, Fresh Fish or a Classic Rib-eye Steak. To finish we would like to tempt you with our yummy Bread & Butter Pudding or a home-made Chocolate Fondant.
Then again, you could just pull up a stool at the bar, order a glass of your favourite beer or wine, and soak up the atmosphere around you through the large picture windows.
The Solstice Bar & Grill is open to the public seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also have an ‘All-Day Snack Menu’ featuring tasty Sandwiches, our popular Solstice Burger or authentic Italian pasta with a choice of amazing sauces.
The Solstice Bar & Grill is located within the Holiday Inn Salisbury-Stonehenge which also has two meeting rooms and offers free parking for all.
