Sundays only – Carvery Roast available between 12 noon and 2pm. 3 courses £12.50 Under12’s £6.50 and under 5’s free.  Restaurant closed for Dinner.  Bar menu and Room Service available.
We have great special offers and events lined up for you. Our seasonal menu features some mouth-watering new dishes and great classics all prepared with fresh ingredients accompanied by an extensive wine list.
Pop in at any time of day to enjoy anything from a quick Cappuccino and Pastry at breakfast, to a delicious dinner with friends or family. The menu offers a fantastic selection of new starters… such as our Prawn & Crab Cocktail, Tuna Norimaki or a Duck & Scallop Salad. We’ve got scrumptious main courses such as our famous Slow Cooked Lamb, Fresh Fish or a Classic Rib-eye Steak. To finish we would like to tempt you with our yummy Bread & Butter Pudding or a home-made Chocolate Fondant. Then again, you could just pull up a stool at the bar, order a glass of your favourite beer or wine, and soak up the atmosphere around you through the large picture windows. The Solstice Bar & Grill is open to the public seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also have an ‘All-Day Snack Menu’ featuring tasty Sandwiches, our popular Solstice Burger or authentic Italian pasta with a choice of amazing sauces.
The Solstice Bar & Grill is located within the Holiday Inn Salisbury-Stonehenge which also has two meeting rooms and offers free parking for all.
